We had some fun times on our vacation to St. Augustine, the country's oldest city. However, Scott and I both agreed we never want our own RV! We both enjoy camping the old fashioned tent way, but we agreed we never want to mix camping and the beach again.
We had so much fun exploring the Old Fort built in the 1600's by the Spanish to keep pirates from ransacking the city. Cooper was very interested and learned alot.
Cooper and Shelby had a blast being on the swim team for the first time this year! They both became very attached to the instructors, and are sad that it is over (they practiced just about every day).
We did lots of fun learning activities this summer (we learned math with legos and money, made letters and words with playdoh, and read a lot of good books.) Just this past week Cooper has suddenly made a huge improvement in his reading. I'm very excited!
